Who is responsible

Jorge Bobadilla (KØKE.COS). Contact: mr.kokex@gmail.com.

What the booking form stores

Name or promoter, email and/or WhatsApp, type of event, date, city, set length, budget if provided and your message. Your IP address is not stored: to stop spam only an irreversible fingerprint of it is kept for 24 hours.

Why

Only to answer your request and arrange the show. It is never sold, shared with third parties or used for advertising.

Where and for how long

In a Cloudflare database (hosting provider) and in the contact inbox. Requests are deleted after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

Under Chilean Law 21.719 you can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to mr.kokex@gmail.com. Each deletion is logged without keeping your data.

Bot check

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you are not a bot, with no advertising cookies.

Third-party video and music

The Instagram and SoundCloud players do not load until you press watch or play. From then on, the privacy policies of Meta and SoundCloud apply.

Site measurement

Daily action and page counts are aggregated without tracking cookies or visitor identifiers. Do Not Track is respected. A salted connection fingerprint limits abuse; fingerprints older than 24 hours are periodically removed. Cloudflare Web Analytics may also measure aggregate usage without cookies.
